We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-2 business days via express shipping.

Do I need to bake the items immediately?

No, you should place your items in the freezer immediately upon arrival. Most products can be stored for up to 30 days before baking.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours.

Are baking instructions included?

Yes, every order includes a detailed instruction card with specific oven temperatures and baking times for each unique pastry.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we can no longer make changes.
